Dale and Colleen Watgen of Big Rock, Illinois, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Amy Beth Watgen, to Brandon David Gillen. The groom to be is the son of David and Geneen Gillen of Monmouth, Illinois.
The future bride graduated from Millikin University with a Bachelor of Science degree, and the University of Illinois with a Master of Science Degree in Food Science & Human Nutrition. She is employed with Coventry Health Care of Illinois as their Health Education and Wellness Coordinator.
The future groom graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science degree in Crop Science. He is a Production Agronomist with DuPont Pioneer in St. Joseph, Illinois.
They plan to marry June 15th, 2013 at St. John's Catholic Chapel in Champaign, Illinois.
