Dr.
Albert P. Stephens Sr.
(Sample)Albert Stephens died
on Thursday, August 21, 2008. He was born in Barnstable, Massachusetts on July
12, 1938. He attended Cape Cod schools and graduated from Harvard University
in 1960 with a master's degree in Business Law. He was the owner and founder
of Stephens Law Associates in Boston until 1995 when he chose to retire.
In 1962, he married Edna Roberts, who survives him today. He is also survived
by his three beloved children, Robert Stephens of Canton, Stephen Stephens of
Mashpee and Ella Rosen of Hyannisport and thirteen grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Victor and Eileen Stephens of Barnstable.
He will be sorely missed as a volunteer at the church he attended for most of
his life, the Church of St. Peter in Barnstable. As a deacon there, he will
be remembered for his clever and humorous contributions to the weekly sermons.
He worked tirelessly in his last years for the American Cancer Society and requested
before his death that any donations be made to that organization in lieu of
flowers.
